Chef Yves Masquefa and his wife, Jody, have always been passionate about creating quality food experiences and helping others.

That vision has spanned three decades, beginning with Yves Bistro in Anaheim, a restaurant that rapidly established itself as a legendary local culinary staple. Today, it continues in Savor: “Great Food. Greater Good.” a social enterprise dedicated to the masterful execution and delivery of quality food at a fair price with a business model that empowers marginalized women to regain their independence through long-term employment and professional development.

Yves and Jody helped the bride and groom pick out an amazing menu that was out of the ordinary, including Chimichurri steak, oysters on the half shell and passed pork belly bites. Needless to say, the food was an absolute hit. The staff transformed our backyard into a beautiful wedding venue and worked well with the wedding coordinator to keep things flowing.
